What does “OJOS” stand for?
Ah – the most asked question of all. “Ojos” is simply “eyes” in Spanish. It embodies our motto for the OJOS Eyewear in “eyes toward progress”. What is progress? See our progress page to find out.

What is the deal with the flag on the inside of the frame?
So glad you asked. We manufacture and donate a pair of prescription frames to every pair of OJOS sunnies we sell in a “buy one, give one” way. The flag on your eyewear represents what country we sent one pair of prescription frames to. Made possible by your OJOS Eyewear purchase. Not only are you now rocking some awesome shades, you are rocking a great cause… and for that – we thank you a ton.

Where is the nearest place I can purchase some OJOS sunnies?
Searching for a retailer near you is super easy – just click here, and you’re set. In the case a retailer isn’t close to you, feel free to pick up a pair here on the site and we will ship them out to you in no time.

What are your shipping fees?
We use FedEx to get you your goods promptly and safely. When you receive your OJOS sunnies can depend on delivery method – from overnight to within a week. We have a shipping calculator in the store, so feel free to start the checkout process, you won’t be charged to see shipping fees.

Can you ship to me internationally?
Sure! The OJOS movement has no borders. If you want a pair of our sunnies, but live in a different country, we will be happy to ship them to you straight through our online store here.

What are the accepted forms of payment?
Heck, if it was up to us, we would barter with you. However, as of now, we currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure cart system.

What is your return policy?
Returns on items purchased directly from OJOS Eyewear’s online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. For more information, please contact info@ojosmovement.com

What is your warranty policy?
OJOS Eyewear warrants their sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. If OJOS products are proven defective, OJOS will replace them at no cost to you. If service is required, please pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. OJOS is not responsible for packages lost in transit. In the event that damage is not due to defect in material or workmanship, additional repair charges may apply.
